How to use
DIY TIP – Blend of 2 drops Rosemary, 2 Drops of Black Pepper, and 3 drops of Lavender in 15ml of Peach Kernel, and massage into overworked muscles.
ROOM FRAGRANCE – To aid concentration, in the office or when studying, add 3 drops of Rosemary and two drops of Grapefruit to an oil burner or diffuser.
BATH - Rosemary is the classic "get up and go" oil. Try adding 3 drops of Rosemary, 2 drops of Lemon, and 1 drop of Peppermint to a tepid bath before an important occasion.
HAIR - Adding a few drops to the final rinsing water for dark hair can help keep a natural shine.
Do not use Rosemary during the first 4 months of pregnancy.
