Liquorice Powder is an Ayurvedic herb that has many uses. Liquorice root's primary active compound is glycyrrhizin is responsible for the root's sweet taste, as well as its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. Due to its sweet tatse, it is used both as a flavouring agent and a sweetener. It may also be used to control blood sugar levels. Liquorice root powder can be mixed with hot water to make tea which can be used to treat stomach related problems like acid reflux, upset stomach.

Usage
Add a tea spoon of Liquorice powder to warm water, juice or smoothie and consume at least 30 minutes before food. Can be gradually increased to 2 time a day if required once your body gets used it.
Liquoice Powder can be used in a variety of ways for medicinal purposes:
Skin: mix Liquorice powder with a skin-friendly gel, such as aloe vera gel to help treat skin related conditions
Sore Throat: mix Liquorice powder in hot water to make tea
Cough/cold: add Liquorice powder to warm water and consume
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
