Usage
Can be used in many ways both topically and orally:
Food & Drink
Smoothies or Juices: You can mix a small amount of neem powder (usually 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) into your smoothies or juices. The strong taste of neem may be masked by the other ingredients.
With Honey: Mix a small amount of neem powder with honey to make it more palatable. You can take it directly or add it to warm water and drink it.
Neem Powder Tea: Infuse neem powder in hot water to make a neem tea. Add honey or lemon for flavor. Allow the mixture to cool a bit before drinking.
Hair Care
Dandruff: Make Neem powder paste by mixing the Neem powder with water and apply to wet hair. After soaking it for few minutes apply shampoo and rinse of the Neem paste.
Hair Growth: Make a paste by mixing neem powder with water and apply it to your scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing it out.
Skin & Oral Health
Skin Condition: Make a paste by mixing neem powder with water. You can use this paste topically for skin issues or take a small amount orally. However, consult with a healthcare professional before ingesting neem paste. Turmeric combined with a paste of neem leaves powder can be used for itching, and some mild skin diseases
Oral Hygiene: Neem powder can be mixed with toothpaste and used in brushing to help in controlling bad bacteria in the mouth. Some toothpaste formulations include neem for its potential oral health benefits.
Excess intake may cause an upset stomach. Do not exceed suggested use per serving. Consult your doctor if pregnant or breast feeding.
