Usage
Can be used both topically and orally:
Food & Drink
Smoothies or Juices: You can mix a small amount of the powder (3-4 grams) into your smoothies or juices. The enzyme in Papaya (i.e.) PAPAIN has a unpleasant bitter taste but has the most nutritional values.
With Lemon & Honey: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of this powder with warm water, lemon Juice and honey
