Nutmeg can be grated into a powder form and stored in an air tight container to retain the freshness and aroma. Nutmeg can be added in to soups and other recipies as a flavouring agent. Grated Nutmeg can be added to porridge, smoothies, cakes and other baking recipies
Tip: Add 1g of Nutmeg to warm milk or warm water before bed to aid in getting a good sleep.
