304 Stainless steel - Each part in contact with the liquid is made of 304 stainless steel. Does this product have a sports lid?
The bottle does not have a sports cap because that would require plastic. To avoid plastic pollution, Bambaw opted to refuse the option of a sports cap.
Is the tea ball included with this product?
No, the bottle does not include a tea ball. However, its neck is wide enough (1.7 inches or 43 mm) to fit a tea ball comfortably.
Can Bambaw's insulated water bottle go in the dishwasher?
Yes, the metal bottle is dishwasher safe, however, the bamboo lid is not. It is best to handwash it and wipe down the bamboo with a damp cloth. The digital user manual guides you through the proper cleaning and care for the insulated stainless steel bottle.
