Should I take all the sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don't forget a dose. The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience. Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.

Boost B12 Oral Spray:Water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride (chromium).
MultiVit Oral Spray: Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides (coconut), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), vitamin D3 preparation (cholecalciferol, vitamin E, sunflower oil), acidity regulators (citric acid and sodium hydroxide), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), vitamin A acetate (vitamin A), folic acid (vitamin B9), natural flavouring (plum and blackcurrant), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide (iodine), sodium selenate (selenium), phylloquinone (vitamin K1), D-biotin (vitamin B7) and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Directions
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Dosage
- D3000 – 1 spray per day, delivers 3000IU vitamin D
- Boost B12 – 4 sprays per day, delivers 1,200μg vitamin B12
- MultiVit – 4 sprays per day
Warning
MultiVit - If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) and/or other vitamin K containing products, only take this product on the advice of a doctor.
If using during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your Midwife or GP before beginning any supplementation. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. No known contraindications with prescribed medications. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
