Why is green tea included in the Boost B12 spray?
The purpose of the green tea in the spray is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant.
Why is chromium added to the Boost B12 spray?
Chromium is another nutrient that is difficult to obtain through diet alone, but has shown to be well absorbed through the mucosal membrane. While B12 and chromium do not need to be taken together, Chromium helps balance blood sugar levels and like B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Can I take B-complete and Boost B12 together?
Yes, our B-complete and B12 can be taken together, there is a lower dosage of B12 in the B-complete (100μg per 4 sprays) compared to that dosage in the Boost B12 (1200μg per 4 sprays). You may find having 1-2 sprays of our B12 alongside our B-complete may give you the boost required. With B12 being a water-soluble vitamin, anything the body does not need will naturally expel.

Should I take all the sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don't forget a dose. The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience. Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
Ingredients
Boost B12 - Water, diluent (xylitol), flavouring (natural apricot), acidity regulator (citric acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), preservative (potassium sorbate), green tea extract, chromium chloride.
DLUX 4000 - Water, diluent (xylitol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil).
Iron 10 - Water, diluent (xylitol), ferric sodium edetate, ferric ammonium citrate, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural pomegranate).
Directions
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
- Not suitable for haemochromatosis sufferers
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Boost B12: Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately.
DLUX 4000: Use 1 spray a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
Iron 10: Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
