What form of iron is in the Iron Oral Spray?
The form of iron is Ferric EDTA (Fe+++).
Ingredients
Water, diluent (xylitol), ferric sodium EDTA (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural pomegranate).
Directions
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
3-5 years: 1 spray
6-8 years: 2 sprays
9-12 years: 3 sprays
13 years and above: 4 sprays
Dosage: 4 sprays contain 5mg of iron.Not suitable for haemochromatosis sufferers
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. No known contraindications with prescribed medications. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
