Bio Health Good-Nite is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances based on traditional use only. Good-Nite should be taken at the recommended dose until symptoms of sleeplessness are relieved, or natural sleep returns.

The herbal ingredients are wherever possible sourced from organic, wild crafted (non-threatened species) or cultivated plants. All the herbal raw materials conform to accepted scientific standards, British Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia and British Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

Ingredients

Valerian Root Powder, Capsule: Vegetable hypromellose (HPMC).

Dosage

To aid sleep, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed with water, with an additional dose earlier in the evening if necessary.

As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, Good-Nite® should be taken 2-4 weeks continuously.

Duration of use

If symptoms persist, worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks during the use of Good-Nite® a doctor or a qualified healthcare care practitioner should be consulted.

For oral short term use only. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years. Adults and the elderly only.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Valerian or to any of the excipients.

Do not take if you are already taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety

• The effect of Valerian may be potentiated by alcohol. Excessive concomitant consumption of alcohol should therefore be avoided.
• Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
• GOOD-NITE may impair ability to drive and use machines. Patients who are affected should not drive or operate machinery
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
• Store below 25°C out of sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
