Often referred to as curcumin, turmeric is a member of the ginger family of herbs. The Turmeric plant (member of the Ginger family) is yellow coloured and is grown and collected in the Indian sub-continent and other parts of the tropics. The addition of black pepper (piperine) to the Runo Turmeric+ further enhances the absorption of curcurmin to provide improved beneficial effects.

The herbal ingredients are wherever possible sourced from organic, wild crafted (non-threatened species) or cultivated plants. All the herbal raw materials conform to accepted scientific standards, British Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia and British Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

Constituents

Dosage

1 capsule three times daily swallowed with water, a little warm milk or yogurt (almond milk is a suitable alternative for for vegans or vegetarians).
