Ingredients

Wholegrain Oats (37%), Seeds (15%) (Sunflower, Pumpkin, Hemp, Brown Linseed, Chia), Dates, Vegetable Fibres (Chickpea, Maize), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Skin On Almonds (4%), Chicory Root Fibre, Dried Carrot, Puffed Sorghum, Skin On Hazelnuts (3%), Quinoa, Puffed Chickpeas, (1%), Vanilla Bean Extract.

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place. Eat within a month once opened. Although we doubt it will last that long! Yum.

*This granola contains 2g of your 12g per day of chicory inulin, which contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Essentially, it helps you poop more regularly.
