Grown organically in the Cerignola region of south-eastern Italy, each pepper is hand-picked at peak ripeness, before being prepped and packed within 24 hours, locking in the beautifully intense, juicy flavour.
Enjoy our grilled red peppers straight from the jar on a crisp bruschetta, use it to add a dash of colour to an antipasti platter, or serve it with goats cheese and pine nuts in a tossed salad. They also work beautifully as a natural sweetener for pasta sauce. For the colder weather, try whipping them up into a warming soup with some sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs.

Uses
