Ingredients
chaste tree berry (vitex-agnus castus), dandelion root (taraxacum officinale), alfalfa (medicago sativa), hemp seed powder, fennel seed, nettle leaf (urtica dioica), oatstraw (avena sativa), elecampane root (inula helenium), motherwort (leonurus cardiaca), angelica root (angelica archangelica) and apple powder.
Directions of Use
Daily dose: one capsule, twice a day (AM & PM)
One dose (2 capsules) will provide 120mg of chaste tree berry, 60mg Oatstraw & 40mg Motherwort which regulate hormone levels and support both premenstrual and period problems.
