Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis) – To help with falling asleep and staying asleep. 

Ingredients

skullcap (hoodwort), chamomile, alfalfa leaf, golden flax seed, hibiscus, nettle leaf, oat straw (avena sativa), elecampane root, apple & valerian root (<2%)

Directions of Use

Daily dose: take 1-2 capsules with water just before bed

One dose (2 capsules) will provide 160mg of Chamomile, 60mg of Avena Sativa and 16mg of Valerian to provide a relaxing effect that helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.
