Can I drink this whilst pregnant?

It is not recommended to take brewer's yeast while pregnant, as not enough research has been done to record its impact on pregnancy.

Is this hot chocolate gluten free?

And Breathe contains gluten because of the brewers yeast in the blend.

Can it be made as a chilled drink?

Yes, our blend has been designed to be enjoyed both hot and cold. Simply add 4 teaspoons to your milk of choice (we would recommend oat to increase the natural galactagogues) and ice, and whizz up in a blender, for a delicious chocolate milkshake.
