Uses

The recommended serving of 7 Mushroom Powder Blend can be encapsulated, re-hydrated in water, hot drinks or added to a smoothie.

Suggested Use: 1g to 2g per day. 1 teaspoon equals 2g. Do not exceed recommended serving.

Contraindications

Please be aware that this blend is very rich and could result in an adverse detoxifying reaction such as an upset stomach for some. If you suffer from a sensitive stomach try a smaller dose for a few days before increasing the amount.
