Suggested use: 1-2 teaspoons dried root per 1 cup of boiling water up to 3 times a day

Contraindications

Pau d'arco

Pau d'arco may affect the blood's ability to clot, and could interfere with any blood-thinning drugs you are taking, including: Warfarin (Coumadin), Clopidogrel (Plavix) and Aspirin.

Peppermint

None known. However if you are taking homeopathic remedies Peppermint is contraindicated as it negates their action.

Marigold Flowers

Except for the very rare person who is allergic to calendula and therefore should not use it, there are no known side effects or interactions. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Marshmallow

Because it coats the lining of the stomach, marshmallow may interfere with the absorption of other drugs or herbs. For this reason, it is important to take marshmallow several hours before or after taking other herbs or medications.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children
