Ingredients

100% Pure Artemisia vulgaris dried leaf.

Directions

Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Mugwort contains a small amount of thujone, and is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
