If powdered hot chocolate, puffing out of a jar in a messy cloud, comes to mind, think again. Our specialty is easy-to-melt chocolate tablets ready for you to transform them into a delicious luxury hot chocolate drink, whether it's for you to enjoy at home or for busy baristas.

Our beans are grown by smallholder farmers in a lush tropical climate of Dame Marie on the coast of Haiti, with a central cooperative to ferment the cocoa beans in wooden boxes.

Ingredients

Cocoa paste Haiti, sugar, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin*. Minimum cocoa: 75%

Allergens in bold. Made in a factory that also handles milk & nuts.

Uses

You will need 2 to 3 tablets of chocolate plus a cup of hot milk or your favourite non-dairy alternative. Simply place the tablets in a cup and cover with a little of the hot milk. Leave to soften for 60 seconds then stir until melted. Top up with the rest of the hot milk, whisk and enjoy!

Also great in baking, for desserts or just secretly nibbling!
