If powdered hot chocolate, puffing out of a jar in a messy cloud, comes to mind, think again. Our specialty is easy-to-melt chocolate tablets ready for you to transform them into a delicious luxury hot chocolate drink, whether it’s for you to enjoy at home or for busy baristas.

This Peruvian hot chocolate is organically certified by the Soil Association. San Martín is located in the North of Peru in the Amazonian rainforest at the foothills of the Andes and is often cited as the historical root of cocoa trees, having been cultivated for more than 3000 years by local indigenous communities.

Organic cocoa paste Peru, Organic unrefined sugar, Organic cocoa butter, Organic emulsifier: soya lecithin*. min cocoa: 70% *Certified non GM

Allergens in bold. Made in a factory that also handles milk & nuts

Uses

You will need 2 to 3 tablets of chocolate plus a cup of hot milk or your favourite non-dairy alternative. Simply place the tablets in a cup and cover with a little of the hot milk. Leave to soften for 60 seconds then stir until melted. Top up with the rest of the hot milk, whisk and enjoy!

Also great in baking, for desserts or just secretly nibbling!
