Ideal to enhance the flavour of soups, stews, casseroles, sauces, rice dishes (or even as a hot drink). The 2kg catering size is perfect for hospitality and food services.

Ingredients

Potato starch, Hydrolysed vegetable protein (containing Soya), Sea salt, Vegetables 15% (parsnip, onion, sweet potato, potato, carrot, leek), Corn starch, Vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), Celery seed, Parsley, Turmeric, White pepper, Garlic, Mace, Lovage, Nutmeg.

Allergens in bold.

Directions

As stock: 4 level tsp (20g) per litre.

As seasoning: Sprinkle lightly to enhance the flavour of all savoury dishes.

As a hot drink: 1 level tsp (5g) per cup of boiled water.

Replace lid and secure after use. Store in a cool, dry place.
