Directions

Take one capsule three times a day with food.

Do not exceed the daily dose.

Long-term intake of 25mg of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness
Long-term intake of 10mg of manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue
Beta Carotene should not be taken by heavy smokers

I’ve been taking multi meno for several years and feel’one degree under’ without it. It’s wonderful and gives me ‘an extra gear’. I’m now 70.

I hope this product relieves some of the symptoms of the menopause that I am suffering from as they smell disgusting and are therefore quite unappetising to take

I've been using these for over 5 years now and wouldn't be without them.
The ingredients are in their purest and most natural form. I know they are more expensive than some others, but for sure you get what you pay for.
