What is liposomal vitamin C?

Liposomal vitamin C is specifically designed for maximum absorption and optimal immune support. It encapsulates the vitamin C in liposomes which provide a protective layer to bypass the digestive system. In this form vitamin C is better protected and therefore more easily and efficiently absorbed into the body’s cells.

Why has vitamin D3 been included in this product rather than vitamin D2?

There are two main forms of vitamin D: vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. Studies suggest that vitamin D3 is more effective than vitamin D2 at raising and maintaining your vitamin D levels which may be because vitamin D3 is more similar to the vitamin D that your body produces naturally.

Why should children supplement vitamin D?

Vitamin D is important for keeping bones, teeth and muscles healthy. It helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. The main source of vitamin D is summer sunlight on the skin, but it’s difficult to get enough vitamin D from sunlight during the cooler, winter months. It’s also difficult to get enough from food alone. Although some foods contain vitamin D, such as oily fish, red meat, egg, yolks, and fortified foods. There are few plant-based food sources of vitamin D, and those that exist provide insufficient amounts.

How to use

Chew 2 gummies per day, with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.

Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or children under 4 years.
