We’ve cracked it- this really is chickpea water-based Aquafaba, that whips, and whisks just like an egg, every time. Perfect for vegan baking and egg-free cooking. Use OGGS Aquafaba to make cookies, cakes, ice cream, mayo, dressings, brownies, doughnuts, buns, muffins and so much more. Our magical carton is the equivalent of 4 eggs and is completely powered by plants. Low kcal, fat-free, no added sugar, pretty good right?! Not only can you make amazingly tasty recipes with OGGS Aquafaba, but when you use an OGG you save an egg (whoop!).

How do I use it?

Many of the recipes require you to whisk the OGGS® Aquafaba to the correct consistency, which ranges from soft to stiff peaks. For most recipes, we recommend an electric whisk, but if you’re willing to put in some serious arm work then you can use a hand one. However, some of our recipes (like the scrummy jam doughnuts), are completely whisk-free!

As a rule of thumb, for every egg you would normally use, we use 50ml of OGGS® Aquafaba.
