Having suffered with ear ache for over a month and waiting for an appointment to have my ears syringes I saw this and had a go myself.
Put the drops in for a few days then had a go with the syringe initially only a few small pieces came out but then I gave it a bit of wellie and a huge chunk of wax came out and the ear ache had gone
