It contains all of the 13 essential vitamins, most at above the NRV (nutrient reference value or daily recommended amount), including vitamins A, B6, B12, C and D, folic acid, zinc and selenium, which all help to support immune function.

In addition, an array of antioxidants (vitamins E, C and B2, selenium, copper, zinc and manganese) help neutralise the negative effects of free radicals on the cellular ageing process. Each capsule also contains 2.5 billion of the extensively studied Lab4 group of friendly bacteria.

Directions

Take one capsule daily with food. Capsules can be opened and contents sprinkled onto cold food for those who cannot swallow them whole. Suitable during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
