Directions

Dissolve one sachet into a small glass of cold water or juice and enjoy. Alternatively, just take directly into the mouth for that tingly orange burst sensation. Always take just before or just after a meal.

Each sachet of Urgent-C Immune & Energy Intensive Daytime Support contains 100mg caffeine, which is equivalent to around one cup of coffee or two cups of tea. The NHS recommends pregnant women consume no more than 200mg of caffeine per day.
