Sunita Polenta is made from organically grown maize. It is very versatile and a great alternative to pasta and bread, especially for those following a gluten free diet.
Top with tomato sauce, grated cheese (or vegan cheese), fresh or dried herbs, and a drizzle of Sunita extra virgin olive oil, then grill or bake for a mouth-watering appetiser or light lunch. Or slice thinly and use in place of pasta in lasagne.

Ready to eat, simply heat and serve. Use as an ulternative to pasta, rice or potatoes. Suitable for frying, grilling and roasting.
