Potato starch (carrier), Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Vegetarian Capsule), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111): 25%, Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122): 20%, Lactobacillus casei (HA-108): 35%, Bifidobacterium bifidum (HA-132): 5%, Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119): 10%, Bifidobacterium breve (HA-129): 5%, Ascorbic acid (antioxidant), Stearic acid (emulsifier), Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Directions
Should be taken with or after a meal. Consume 1-3 capsule(s) per day with food to maintain healthy intestinal flora. Can be increased to three capsules per day if required., or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Udos Choice Adult's Microbiotics may be frozen. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability; however, they can be left unrefrigerated for short periods of time, making them convenient for travel.
All Udos Choice probiotics are over-filled to allow for a period of time, up to 72 hours, in transit out of refrigeration. You can freeze them at home to prolong the activity of the product for up to 2 years. The re-frozen and thawing process should not affect the potency of the product negatively.
