Per capsule: Alpha-amylase 62.5mg, (5000 DU), Lactase 37.5mg (3000 ALU), Alpha-galactosidase 29.9mg (260 GalU), Protease 25mg (12500 HUT), Cellulase 11.5mg (400 CU), Lipase 8.6mg (150 LU), Stem bromelain 1.7mg, (50000 PU), Maltodextrin. Capsule shell: Microcrystalline, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions

Consume 1 capsule before meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. In case of an ulcer, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

For heavy meals: consume an additional capsule during the meal. Capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled over food if desired (do not take them with very hot items as enzymes are heat sensitive).
