Directions

Consume one capsule per day with food to maintain healthy intestinal flora. Can be increased to three capsules per day if required. Should be taken with or after a meal. If preferred capsule can be opened and contents added to milk or yoghurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Udo's Choice Super 8 Immune Microbiotics may be frozen. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability; however, they can be left unrefrigerated for short periods of time, making them convenient for travel. All Udo's Choice probiotics are over-filled to allow for a period of time, up to 72 hours, in transit out of refrigeration. You can freeze them at home to prolong the activity of the product for up to 2 years. The re-frozen and thawing process should not affect the potency of the product negatively.
