The oil is refrigerated in a dark glass bottle to prevent damage & for optimal freshness and the oil the capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience.

• Essential fatty acids are needed for the normal growth and development of children. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10g of linoleic acid (LA).
• Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 2g ALA.
• Linoleic acid (LA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 10g LA.

Why don't Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Capsules need to be kept in the fridge?

Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Capsules don’t need to be kept in the fridge because, unlike the liquid oil, the oil inside them is protected from oxygen by the capsules. The liquid oil is exposed to oxygen as soon as the bottle has been opened.

Directions

Take two capsules daily. Up to six capsules daily can be taken if required, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
