ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Epsom Salts infused with Lavender Essential Oil is an effective and natural way to relax and unwind after exercise or simply a busy day. Soaking in an Epsom Salt bath allows the Magnesium Sulphate ions from the salt to absorb through the skin which may help alleviate muscle soreness. Both Epsom Salt and Lavender Essential Oil naturally help the body to relax and promote restful sleep.

Directions

To Support Muscle Recovery & Relaxation: Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of Epsom Salts into a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes.

To Soothe Sore, Tired Feet: Sprinkle a handful of Epsom Salts into a foot spa and soak feet 10-15 minutes. Pat feet dry and apply a luxurious and highly moisturising foot cream such as ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Pure Coconut Oil. Your feet will thank you!

For Glowing Skin: Mix 1-2 handfuls of Epsom Salts with a few drops of ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Olive Oil. Use this mixture to cleanse, exfoliate and gently remove dry skin patches, or stubborn fake tan.
