Ingredients

Aqua, Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate Ph.Eur), Alcohol denat., Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/ VP Copolymer, Glycerin, Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice), Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexylglycer-in, Potassium Sorbate, SodiumBenzoate, Phenoxyethanol, Denatonium Benzoate.

Directions

Apply the gel liberally onto problem areas and massage well onto clean, dry skin. Focus on muscles and joints avoiding the eyes and any sensitive or delicate areas. Rinse hands well with cool water after use. This product is not a shower gel. Apply the gel and leave on for a minimum of 2 hours. Suitable for use by children 7 years and up.

Do NOT use if allergic to any of the ingredients. If irritation occurs discontinue use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Not suitable for children under 7 years of age.
