Directions

Spray liberally onto clean and dry skin and massage well. Ideal pre and post-exercise. Use up to 4 times a day. Suitable for use from the age of 7+ years. Do not apply to broken skin. Do NOT use if allergic to any of the ingredients. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Patch testing is recommended. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of eye contact flush with water for 15 minutes.

Due to the type and level of essential oils in this product, it is not suitable during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. It is not suitable for babies.
