Same power, new taste…

Some call it a pastille, others call it a throat sweet, a voice lozenge, a vocal tablet or even a pill. Whatever you call it, Vocalzone is the secret ingredient in over 1 billion record sales! For over 100 years Vocalzone Throat Care was a one product brand. Our original Vocalzone pastilles with their very acquired taste!

Although adjustments were made to ensure the formula was Vegan, it was largely untouched from William Lloyd’s original 1907 invention. Of course some Vocalzone fans have grown to love the distinctive taste of our original pastilles, but many suggested that the time had come for us to launch new flavours. We finally took the leap in 2018 launching our refreshing Honey & Lemon Pastilles alongside a Blackcurrant Sugar Free flavour.

  • Soothes and clears
  • Relieves from throat irritation
  • Helps keep a clear voice
  • Contains powerful active ingredients
  • Gluten & Lactose Free
  • Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans

How does Vocalzone work?

Voice problems are often unavoidable if you rely on your voice professionally. Vocalzone Pastilles have been formulated to support vocal care and were designed specifically to relieve irritations due to excessive singing, speaking or smoking.

Vocalzone pastilles are ideally suited to helping all voice professionals maintain their clarity of voice. It’s the unique blend of our powerful ingredients that has made Vocalzone the performers’ household name it is today. Vocalzone pastilles are formulated using essential oils, which reach your vocal folds as you inhale whilst consuming a pastille.

What is the prominent flavour of Vocalzone Throat Pastilles?

The liquorice extract is what gives the product its distinctive flavour.

When should I take Vocalzone?

There is no one correct answer, some people take Vocalzone prior to prolonged/intensive use of their voice. Others prefer to take them when they begin to feel the irritation on their throat. Some people take them both before and after, and others even take them mid performance! We’d recommend not exceeding more than 1 pastille every 2 hours.

I’ve been told that Menthol is not good for my throat. Is this true?

As with most things in life, too much of one ingredient can have side effects. This too can be said about menthol. However, the concentration of menthol used in our throat pastilles is of a safe level and the benefits of using menthol for throat care can be found in Martindale (The complete Drug Reference).
