Massage two to three times daily, from the beginning of pregnancy up to the end of the breastfeeding period, using light, circular movements over the tummy, thighs, bottom and breasts.

A kneading massage is not recommended. If you are unsure of the best way to apply body oils, please consult with your midwife, nurse or doctor.

Please note that oils containing arnica should not be used on broken skin as they may cause irritation.
