Ingredients

Purified Water, Glycerol, Phosphatidylcholine Rich Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavours (Mixed Berries/Summer Fruits), Methylcobalamin.

Directions of use

Shake before use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally into the side of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. You can spray together or take separately throughout the day.

For Children under the age of 12 halve the dose i.e. 2 sprays daily. 

1 x spray = 300 mcg
2 x sprays = 600 mcg
3 x sprays = 900 mcg
4 x sprays = 1200 mcg
